Payment:

    • Payment for accommodation is made at the reception upon check-in.
    • We accept cash, cashless payments in UAH, as well as Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards.
      Documents:
    • Upon check-in, you must have your passport or other identity document (foreign passport, driver’s license) with you.
      Check-in and check-out:
    • Check-in is from 14:00.
    • Check-out is until 11:00.
      Early check-in and late check-out:
    • Early check-in (09:00-13:00) and late check-out (12:00-23:00) are possible upon availability and for an additional fee.
      Children:
    • Children under 10 years old (when staying with family, without providing an extra bed) are free of charge.
    • Baby cots are available for children under 3 years old, free of charge.
      Pets:
    • Pets are allowed in some apartments, upon prior arrangement with the administrator and for an additional fee.
      Booking:
    • Apartment booking is considered confirmed after the guest receives confirmation by email or messenger (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram).
      Responsibility for property:
    • Please use the equipment in the apartments with care.
    • In case of damage or loss of property, the guest is obliged to compensate for the cost of the damage caused.

      Guests are prohibited from:
    • Bringing with them sharp, flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic, poisonous objects/substances, as well as storing products with a specific and strong smell.
    • Using extension cords and tees, powerful electrical appliances, including heating appliances (boiler, heater, electric stove, microwave oven) except for cases when these appliances are included in the standard equipment or issued for use by the staff.
    • Smoking in the apartments. Fine – 5000 UAH.
    • Lighting candles.
    • Disturbing the peace of guests and neighbors from 22:00 to 09:00.
    • Leaving strangers in the apartment in your absence.
    • Transferring the keys to the apartments to third parties.
